Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

1. Returns (change of mind / unwanted items)

You may return most products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals and seals intact.

To start a return, contact us at [support@jadeedlab.com] with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return address and instructions.

  • Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
  • Items returned used, damaged, or with broken seals may be refused or subject to a deduction reflecting the loss in value.

 

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [7–10] business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

 

3. Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned for a change of mind (but remain covered by warranty against defects):

  1. Custom-configured units
  2. Products with damaged or broken seals
  3. Any item not in resaleable condition.

 

4. Defective or faulty products on arrival

If a product arrives defective or develops a fault within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge — see the Warranty section below. For defective-product returns, we cover the cost of return shipping.

 

5. 12-Month Limited Warranty

All our electronic products, including the Smart Pharmalogger, are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. If a product develops a fault or malfunction under normal use during this period, we will repair or replace it at no charge to you.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at [support@jadeedlab.com] with your order number and a description of the fault.

 

6. What voids the warranty

The warranty is void if the product has been:

  • Physically damaged, broken, or dropped
  • Opened, tampered with, or repaired by the customer or any third party
  • Connected to an incorrect or non-original power supply or charger
  • Damaged by voltage fluctuation, power surge, high voltage, or fire (burn damage)
  • Exposed to water or moisture (water damage)
  • Used in any way contrary to the product manual

Important – protect your device: Always use the original power supply and follow the manual. For any product that runs directly from a mains AC socket, you must connect a low/high-voltage protector to guard against voltage fluctuation. Damage caused by failing to do so is not covered.

 

7. Repair process

Depending on the nature of the fault and your location, we may or may not visit your premises for repair — this will be agreed with you at the time of the claim.

  • If an on-site visit is required, the customer is responsible for the visit/call-out charges.
  • Alternatively, where possible, you may courier the product to us for repair.
